  • All reservations are held with a Credit Card or Debit Card
  • Although the rental units may have an awning, guests are not permitted to use them. If an awning is broken during use, guests will be charged a $700 fee to replace it.
  • From April 1st - October 31st, all rental reservations made that overlap a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday must be at least 2 days long. We do not allow single night bookings over weekends. Memorial Day and Labor Day reservations must be at least 3 days long.
  • Effective 1/1/2016: Rental trailers can only be booked 3 months or less ahead of scheduled arrival.
  • All members must make reservations for their guests. We will not take a reservation made by a guest. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN RENTAL UNITS DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS (dates subject to change). If a guest is found exclusively using a rental unit during these times, they will be asked to leave, and their stay will not be refunded. Reservations made for non-members (i.e. member's guests, affiliates, etc.) cannot be cancelled. During some holiday times, we allow our member's an opportunity to book the rentals for themselves, before we allow guests to book them. Guest reservations may be subject to waiting a period of time before they are allowed to make a reservation.
  • At this time, members and their guests both fall under the "member" pricing structure. Affiliates (like Coast to Coast) and other non-members fall under the 'non-member'.
  • During holidays (subject to change), you may not cancel an existing reservation. During non- holiday times, you may cancel a reservation at no charge as long as the cancel is made at least 1 full day in advance of the original arrival. For example, if you were supposed to arrive on Friday, you may cancel as long as you do so by the end of business the Wednesday preceding it. If canceling after Wednesday, you will still be charged for your stay. Reservations made for a guest of a member may not be cancelled, any no shows will be charged for the set up duration.
  • NO SMOKING in any of our trailers. People found smoking in our trailers will be charged a $75.00 fee.
  • Pets are allowed in some of our trailers. If you are bringing your pet, there is a $40.00 pet fee (flat rate cost regardless of stay duration). If you bring a pet into a trailer that does not allow pets, or if you do not disclose your pet to us at check-in, you will be charged $150.00.
  • You may or may not be able to choose the exact trailer you desire. We reserve the right to place you in a trailer of our choosing.
  • Some of our trailers may have special rules. Consult the comparison chart to see these rules.
  • During the summer months, the air conditioners have a difficult time keeping up with the temperature. DO NOT turn the thermostat below 72 degrees. We do not issue refunds because of comfort issues with our trailers. Keeping all doors, windows, and blinds closed can help alleviate the issue.

These are common items you'll want to bring with you.

  • Bath towels
  • Extra linens for tertiary sleeping arrangements
  • Eatery (plates, silverware, cups, etc.)
  • Cookware (pots, pans, utensils, etc.)
  • Shade, umbrella, etc. Using the trailer's awning is not permitted.
  • Grill (we do not have grills at sites)
  • Fan if you get hot easily
  • Movies, games, entertainment, etc.

* Conversion Kitchen Tables have 6ft X 3ft dimensions. The HideAbed arrangements are usually similar; and sometimes even smaller.

* The figures provided for how many people our trailers can sleep is EXTREMELY SUBJECTIVE. We don't generally recommend more than 4 adults per trailer. Keep in mind, the HideAbed and Kitchen Table Conversions are very small doubles. You may not be able to fit two people comfortably. Also keep in mind that although there may be enough room to sleep your party, our trailers are small and may get congested easily when at capacity.

*Member prices above are for TLC Homepark Members and their guests. Non-member prices are for members of Coast to Coast, AOR, or RPI. Non-members must wait until two weeks ahead of their arrival before booking, ensuring ample time for our members to book. Rental units are not open to the general public, and membership with TLC, Coast to Coast, AOR, or RPI is required.

The list below is what comes included in each of our rental trailers. Our rules and policies can be found at the bottom of the page.

  • We have rental travel trailers. They are stationary and cannot be moved. We do not have cabins.
  • There are linens on the master bed and a backup set for the pullout couch arrangement (if applicable). Trailers with bunks have linens on the bunks already.
  • Full kitchenette (fridge, freezer, sink)
  • Air conditioning
  • Heat
  • Bathroom with shower and toilet.
  • Our park's Wi-Fi can reach most of the rental units, but we do not guarantee reception.
