Promotional Period:
Entry period begins January 1, 2015 and ends at midnight, December 15, 2015. Entry forms received after
December 15, 2015 will be disqualified. Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing on or about January 10,
2016 or upon selection of a winner, whichever occurs first.
Eligibility Requirements:
Entrant must be a legal resident of the United States (excluding Hawaii) or District of Columbia and thirty-five (35)
years of age or older to be eligible for this Sweepstake. This offer is void wherever prohibited or restricted and
subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Promotion is open to individuals only. No entries are
allowed by any corporation, partnership, group, organization, club or other entity. Entry is void if participant
previously toured TLC Wolf River Resort within a 12 month time frame or if participant is already involved with
TLC Wolf River Resort, Five Star Resort, or Coast to Coast. Participants must also be currently employed with annual household
income of at least $35,000 or retired with a steady source of income in addition to social security or disability
income or own an RV.
How to Enter:
Only one (1) entry per eligible individual, per residence group is permitted. The term “residence group” includes
spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past
marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at
the same household whether or not related. Duplicate entries from the same email or phone number or person or
household will be automatically eliminated. Duplicate entries may result in disqualification.
For form based entry, Entrants may participate at promotional displays located at Camping World, RV dealerships,
venues, and public events. ALL entry requested information MUST be legible and accurately answered upon
submission or the entry will be VOID.
For text-message based entry, Entrants will be asked through any marketing medium to provide certain
information via a text message submission to the short code announced or otherwise stated in the Sweepstake’s
Official Rules to 313131. Entrants will receive a text message containing a URL link to fill out a web hosted form
and will be required to electronically submit the registration form. ALL entry requested information MUST be
accurately answered upon submission or the entry will be VOID. By submitting this form, Entrants will “opt in”
to TLC Wolf River Resort text notification program. This subscription is a recurring service; max 6 messages per
week. Send “HELP” to 313131 for information. Send “STOP” to 313131 to opt out of the service. STANDARD TEXT
MESSAGING RATES, AS ESTABLISHED BY AN INDIVIDUAL’S WIRELESS CARRIER, WILL APPLY, AND TLC WOLF RIVER
RESORT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY FEES OR CHARGES INCURRED FOR AND ASSOCIATED WITH ANY TEXT
MESSAGE SENT TO OR FROM THE SPONSOR.
PRIZES
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
One winner will receive a Custom Designed Golf Cart (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000 (see details:
The winner may not elect to take a monetary award instead of the Grand Prize. The grand prize winner will be
responsible for picking up the prize at TLC Wolf River Resort).
1,000 COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WINNERS:
(1,000 Winners during promotional period): Winner will receive a two (2) night camping stay at TLC Wolf River
Resort. Each camping stay prize is subject to availability at the resort and must meet applicable rules and
restrictions. Sweepstakes participants will be required to attend a 60 minute guided tour about TLC Wolf River
Resort. If married, engaged, cohabitating, or have a significant other, both parties must tour together. These rules
are available (Hyperlink Rules). Additional Complimentary Gift Winners may be awarded during the promotional
period.
WINNER SELECTION:
At the conclusion of the Entry Period, Sponsors will select the name(s) of the potential Grand Prize winner(s) by
random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Throughout the promotional period, the
Sponsor will select the name(s) of the Complimentary Gift winner(s) by similar random drawing from all eligible
entries received prior to the date of the drawing. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on
the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified via contact
information supplied on Promotion Entry and will be asked to provide their full name, age and mailing address
within a specified time period. Any winner who does not respond to notification within fourteen (14) days of
receipt of notification will be disqualified, and an alternate winner(s) will be selected. No transfer, assignment,
cash redemption, or substitution of a prize is permitted except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole
and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value
or cash value. In the event that a prize cannot be awarded for any reason or a winner is not capable of redeeming
a prize for any reason, the Sponsor shall not be obligated to award any prize. If, for any reason, more than the
stated number of prizes are available and/or claimed, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes in
such category by random drawing from among eligible prize claimants in such prize category or in a manner to
be determined by the Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion. Winner is responsible for the reporting and
payment of all state, federal and local taxes applicable to the receipt of this prize. The winner acknowledges that
the prize is taxable and agrees to provide information for, and verify by signature, the appropriate IRS and other
forms as determined by the Sponsor. All decisions of the Sponsor relating to this Sweepstake will be final. All entry
materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By participating in the Sweepstake, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules
and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the
Sweepstake and releases the Sponsor and their affiliates and subsidiaries from any and all claims and liabilities.
The Sponsor and their agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions
of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or
delayed electronic communications with form based or text-message entries caused by the user or by any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any human error which may occur in
the Sweepstake. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstake if any aspect of the Sweepstake becomes
technically corrupted and determine the winners from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. The Sponsor
reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with
the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstake; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or
disruptive manner. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. Winner agrees, by acceptance of the above-mentioned
prize(s), to the use of their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes at the discretion of
management of the Sponsor and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstake,
Entrants agrees that the Sponsor may contact them, via phone or text message, at the telephone number from
which the text message or form based entry was received. Any and all fees arising out of the transmission of a text
message shall be the sole responsibility of the Entrant. By participating in the Sweepstake in which text message-
based entry is permitted, Entrants acknowledge that text messages are distributed and delivered through third
party providers; the Sponsor does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, the delivery or timeliness of
any text message entry. The Sponsor will at all times consider the time that a message is logged as arriving in
its system as being the time of entry, regardless of the time at which the Entrant attempted to send the entry
and any technical problems or other complications that may have delayed its delivery. The Sponsor, through
its third party text messaging administrators, will store all messages received on its system. The Sponsor is not
responsible for service outages, message failures, transmission delays or any other factor affecting the availability
or performance of the text messaging service.
Decisions of the Sponsor are final. Such decisions may include, but are not limited to, whether an entry adheres
to the entry criteria, the time of entry receipt by the Sponsor, the order in which text message or form based
entries are received, the eligibility of the Entrant, and, in the event entry requires the submission of an answer or
response, whether that answer or response is correct. The Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate
or modify the Sweepstake if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it is impossible or impractical to complete the
Sweepstake as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention or
technical failures of any sort.
PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY:
The Sponsor will collect personal information from Entrants, and this information may be used for the purposes
of administering the Sweepstake, publicizing the Sweepstake, and other promotional purposes that benefit the
Sponsors. Unless prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstake constitutes each Entrant's consent for the
Sponsor to use the Entrant's name (or username), age, hometown, email address, physical address and state of
residence for Sweepstake or promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without payment
or consideration to the Entrant. If you do not wish to receive future offers, notices or other mailings from TLC
Wolf River Resort, please contact 1-800-381-2607. Be sure to provide your name, email and specific information
about the website or subscription(s) or promotion(s) that you no longer wish to receive. Please allow a few days
for your request to be processed. If you "opt out" of receiving further promotional materials or notices, the only
communications you will receive from us will be about transactions that you initiate. By opting-out, residual
information may nonetheless remain in our database and other records, which may not be permanently deleted.
The Sponsor is committed to protecting personal information they collect about you. Information collected from
Participants is subject to TLC Wolf River Resort’s Privacy Policy here.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Neither the Sponsor nor any other Releasee shall be responsible for non-conforming, lost, late, stolen,
misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries. Neither the Sponsor nor any other Releasee shall be responsible for
any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Sponsor, Releasees, Entrants, tampering, or by any
of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstake, and neither the Sponsor nor any
Releasee shall assume responsibility for any error, omission, defect, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to
the materials related to the Sweepstake, or for any damage to the Entrant's computer related to or resulting from
participating in the Sweepstake. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify
any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, the drawing process, or the operation of the
Sweepstake; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive
manner; or with intent or apparent intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, embarrass, harm, or harass, in any way, any
other person. If for any reason the Sweepstake is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited
to, business or market circumstances, force majeure, public health concerns, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, or any other causes which, the Sponsor in their sole and absolute
discretion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the
Sweepstake, the Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or
suspend the Sweepstake or any portion thereof by posting a notice on the website. If the Sweepstake or any
portion of the Sweepstake is terminated before the end of the Sweepstake Period or the Drawing Period, the
Sponsor will select winner(s) from all eligible entries received as of the termination date of the Sweepstake.
Entrant agrees that the Sponsor and their agencies and each party's respective affiliates, officers, directors,
agents, and employees (collectively, the "Indemnitees") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising
in connection with participation in the Sweepstake or the awarding of prizes. Winners hereby release and hold
harmless the Indemnitees from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted against any of the Indemnitees due to or arising out
acceptance or use of any prize, or use of Entrants name, likeness or photograph. Without limiting the foregoing,
all prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to,
the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions
may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of
implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for
any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions. Any attempt by an Entrant or any other
individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is in violation of criminal and civil
laws, and should any such attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to
the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Sweepstake will be administered in the State of Mississippi, and by participating, all Entrants hereby agree
that the laws of the State of Mississippi will apply exclusively to the Sweepstake and that any dispute with respect
to this Sweepstake will be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the State of Mississippi.
By participating in this Sweepstake, you are hereby bound to these Rules and Regulations. Additionally, you
warrant that you are of legal age of majority in your state of residence and have every right to contract in your
own name without violating any other commitment.
